Evelyn Ferrara is currently the Vice President of Relocation and Business Development for CENTURY 21 Advantage Gold of PA supervising the day to day operations of a full- time staff and a team of Relocation trained Sales Associates. Since 1999 she has been affiliated with the CENTURY 21 Brand when she started a Relocation Department for another Philadelphia suburban based CENTURY 21 firm. Prior to her employment with the CENTURY 21 brands, Evelyn worked for a large local independent Real Estate Broker and two International Relocation Companies. Her experience in the field of Real Estate and Relocation Services spans 30 years and during this time she has been a member of the Relocation Director’s Council since 2000; earned her CRP Designation in 2001; served as a member of the CARTUS Relocation Advisory Council from 2001 to 2005; and, provided guidance and support as a mentor to assist newly appointed Relocation Directors of the CARTUS Broker Network. Evelyn has been a Moderator and Panel Participant for many Relocation and Real Estate related workshops and seminars throughout the years. She is currently a Board Member for the American Relocation Alliance, a network of Century 21 Relocation Directors who meet to share and provide forums for the exchange of ideas and educational programs.
Since 2010, Evelyn has also been a Certified Trainer for Dale Carnegie specializing in the delivery of their “Skills For Success” Program.
Some of the Awards and Recognitions earned under her guidance have been: The 2007 Winner of the CARTUS CUP (the highest honor bestowed upon a Network Broker for outstanding performance and service); The Destination and Inventory Services Awards; Achievers Club; 5 Star Circle of Excellence and Government Services, Sales Lead Award and the USAA Eagle Award.
