This Bright MLS webinar will be held virtually using a platform called RingCentral Meetings. The experience is similar to using Zoom, Webex or GoToMeeting. Here’s what we’ll cover:

· Setting The Stage: Sellers may be skeptical right now. How can you convince them that the impossible is possible? Delivering: We’ll cover the tools available for you and your client while conducting a Virtual Listing Presentation
· Moving Forward: Strategies for following up post-meeting, and discussion on which materials are best to provide

This is an advanced Bright MLS Workshop. Attendees should have a strong understanding of the following:
Before You Join the Webinar - FYI:
· Use the link below to join using your laptop or tablet. I will be sharing my desktop, and we’ll all be in a virtual meeting room together. You’ll be able to hear me speak and watch the class, just as you would if we were together in-person. You’ll be able to speak as well (if you like), or ask questions using the chat feature in the application
· Check your popup blocker, as you may need to download or accept information the first time you use RingCentral
· Consider joining a few minutes early to give yourself plenty of time to set up
· If you have any issues joining, try multiple times. If you still have trouble, email Mike directly at mike.carlin@brightmls.com He’ll be monitoring email while everyone joins.

· In your browser tab click the option to ‘Open RingCentral Meetings’, or choose the ‘click here’ option to launch
· Ring Central will take over from there
